Thomas W. Millington was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri in 1954. Tom graduated from Southeast Missouri State University (B.A., 1977) and then from Oklahoma City University (J.D., 1980). He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1980 and the Missouri bar in 1985. He is also admitted to practice before federal district courts in Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas, the  U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th and 10th Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He has conducted jury trials in multiple forums: extensive commercial and business litigation experience, commercial torts, bad faith and insurance bad faith. Tom has been married to his wife Jan for 35 years. Together, they have four children. Tom enjoys horseback, riding, canoeing, camping and the company of a good dog.
